The co-organizer of the 12th arms and military equipment exhibition will traditionally be, as in previous years, JP Yugoimport-SDPR—a regional leader in the production, integration, and promotion of arms and military equipment, as well as a reputable participant in the global market. Yugoimport-SDPR is responsible for equipping the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia with complex systems from both imports and its own production.

The technical implementation of the Partner arms and military equipment exhibition is managed by Belgrade Fair, the owner of the most representative exhibition facilities covering 100,000 m².
